We’re using Argentina’s finest and healthiest peanuts. They are Hi-Oleic that contain a higher amount of oleic acid compared to standard peanuts. Oleic Acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid -it is known as good fat.
We only use whole peanuts – high grade 38/42 and never use splits (these are like the unwanted but used by a lot of other brands – they’re cheaper and less consistent).
